Job Summary

Assistant Teacher – Permanent, 33 hours 20 minutes per week (term time + training days), 39 working weeks per year. Salary range £22,180 – £23,792 (equivalent to £29,114 – £31,230 for full time). Expected start date September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of the SENDCO and subject teachers to support teaching and learning for all children and young people.
  • Assist in delivering the programme of work, monitoring student progress and supporting classroom management.
  • Contribute to a dynamic teaching environment to achieve high academic outcomes.
