Role Description: You will lead in obtaining material loss data from equipment reporting systems within the Juice manufacturing plant, covering both the Ingredients Processing Centre (IPC) and Filling lines. Your responsibilities include determining weekly yield losses for each plant section, working with the site losses team to prioritize waste reduction actions, and being involved in operational modifications and validation using data systems and physical sampling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collate loss data by SKU production run and filling line using plant systems
- Trend and export data from Wonderware historian
- Use SIG and Elopack fillers reporting packages
- Utilize SAP warehouse systems
- Generate weekly Loss KPIs, investigate root causes for non-standard losses, and distribute reports
- Work with weekly losses team to generate waste reduction ideas, lead trials, and report improvements
- Participate in MES system build to automate waste recording
- Assist engineering in specifying equipment changes
- Develop expertise in data handling systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legislation, and best practices
- Support development and implementation of engineering standards
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination
Role Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Chemical, or Food Engineering
- Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel
- Ability to set up sampling trials with strong methodology
- Understanding of food manufacturing operations is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
