Overview

We are looking for an Early Years Educator who can:

  • Work with a committed Preschool team, who put the child at the heart of all they do.
  • Work under direction from the Preschool Leader but also take initiative.
  • Maintain a calm influence and approach and work flexibly and responsively to the needs of the children.
  • Motivate and support children by example and with good humour.
  • Contribute to the preschool planning schedule with exciting and challenging age-appropriate activities.
  • Carry out observations of up to 8 key children, and keep accurate records in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Provide parents with regular feedback on their child\\\’s progression using an online journal system.
  • Build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
