Role Description
This role is part of a three-person team that manages the Napolina brand.
Purpose of the Role:
- Lead Napolina social and digital platforms.
- Full ownership for Napolina pasta including long-term strategic planning, short term performance management, instore and on pack artwork and innovation.
- Support the in the delivery of broader portfolio brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Manage our Napolina website. Including making content updates, SEO updates and managing our PPC campaigns.
- Create and lead our social media strategy including Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Manage both paid and organic content and campaigns.
- Manage social media and content agencies.
- Manage all digital marketing spend including monthly reporting.
- Deliver digital KPIs and evaluations
Strategic Planning:
- Use data and insight to continuously evolve the core consumer question for Napolina Pasta
- Ensure the strategic plan is aligned to deliver targeted brand share, brand health and financial targets as per agreed budget.
- Support the Brand Strategic Planning Process aligned to the overarching Group Business Plan process
- Monitor key metrics and brand health
Commercial:
- Lead presentations to retail customers
- Monitor Napolina Pasta performance and report monthly using Kantar and Circana data.
- Improve brand performance through identifying new shoppers and more occasions, more often to consume our products
- Understand key profit drivers and factor these into strategic brand plans
Product Development:
- Direct Napolina Pasta Innovation pipeline
- Lead Branded NPD and EPD product requirements
- Support Innov8 with brand expertise and future brand stretch potential

- The job holder will have strong experience across brand marketing with proven success of developing and growing brands
