Role Description
We have multiple permanent full-time roles available in our world-class Long Sutton manufacturing site, which produces canned products for leading UK and Europe supermarkets. You have a choice of working within two areas of our manufacturing site.

Salary
Ranges from £27,300 – £36,700 per annum depending on shift pattern, banked hours, single versus multi skilled roles.
Shift patterns
You have a choice of working either rotating day shifts or night shifts for both the Logistics and Manufacturing Produce Line Operative roles.
Rotating Day Shifts
Week 1: 06:00-14:00 (Mon-Thu), Fri 06:00-12:00
Week 2: 14:00-22:00 (Mon-Thu), Fri 12:00-18:00
Night Shifts
Mon-Thu 22:00-06:00, Fri 18:00-24:00

Role Responsibilities
Operative – Logistics Department
- Unloading deliveries
- Warehousing raw product to ambient, chilled & frozen areas
- Moving product from warehouse to production lines
- Loading finished product for transportation to customers’ warehouses
- Carry out duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks
- Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure efficient continuous line operation
Operative – Manufacturing Product Lines
- Working across multiple production lines producing canned goods for brands including Branston, Princes, Bigga
- Quality checking product packaging
- Ensure correct ingredients are used for each product line
- Ensure correct product labeling is used for each production line
- Carry out duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks
- Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure efficient continuous line operation
Experience / Knowledge / Skills
Role Requirements
- Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
