Reporting to the site Asset Care Manager, this role has responsibility for managing an engineering team in the execution of the Asset Care Strategy to ensure that equipment performance is maximised and optimised.
This role will provide support and guidance ensuring the engineering team has the tools and skills to execute the asset care strategy efficiently and effectively and support the operational teams with AM activities
As a part of the Engineering function, this role will work with the site and strive to achieve optimal operational efficiency at the lowest cost through the delivery of targets against the strategic objectives of the function:
Work closely with the Asset Care Manager, Engineering/Operational teams to support the delivery of an agreed manufacturing vision and strategy.
