Role Description
Job Purpose
To control and co-ordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations within the Cardiff Juice manufacturing business, ensuring optimum efficiency and continued development of the business. You will create an environment to develop the manufacturing management team and systems to enable the business to continually deliver an improved performance against its business objectives.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and motivate the Site's manufacturing departments to achieve planned volume and output targets at the agreed quality levels.
- Achieve and maintain efficiency and productivity targets for the site.
- Implement and maintain an effective communications process across all areas of manufacturing and all key personnel.
- Successfully manage the interface with the Site Engineering Manager/Site Planning.
