Princes Group in Wisbech is seeking a production operative to contribute to the delivery of planned production on the packing line.
You will work as part of a team to meet line targets and maintain safety standards.
The role requires you to support materials flow, handle changeovers, and respond to line faults to protect overall line performance (OEE) and meet KPI targets such as OEE, UL and RFT.
Experience in food processing is desirable but not essential.
