The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The person will form part of a team, having a responsibility for the delivery of planned production through production/packing line. The key challenges faced will be to ensure process safety, the materials supply, changeovers, line faults and breakdowns do not impact on overall line performance (OEE). Focus will be always required to achieve measurable targets and KPI’s (OEE, UL, RFT).
To achieve Skilled Grade, the person will be expected to be able to carry out 2 or more functional areas of job operations for a specific department and demonstrate the behaviours and skills outlined in the competency matrix.
Role Requirements:
- Experience within a food-processing environment and understanding of hygiene standards would be desirable but not essential.
- Competent numeracy/literacy skills.
