Principal Accountabilities
- Be supportive, act with integrity, show enthusiasm and embrace openness.
- Have an understanding of the Princes Manufacturing System (PMS) and maturity matrix, and site must win battle plans.
- Understand and implement lean manufacturing work practices including 5S, to drive continuous improvement activity at site.
- Produce and maintain production plans to meet forecast and actual sales demand for Bradford and Glasgow sites.
