We have multiple permanent full‑time roles available in our world class Long Sutton manufacturing site which produces canned products for leading UK and Europe supermarkets. You have a choice of working within two areas of our manufacturing site.

Salary
Ranges from £27,300 – £36,700 per annum depending on shift pattern, banked hours, single versus multi‑skilled roles.
Shift Patterns
You have a choice of working either rotating day shifts or night shifts for both the Logistics and Manufacturing Produce Line Operative roles.
Rotating Day Shifts
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06:00‑14:00, Friday 06:00‑12:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14:00‑22:00, Friday 12:00‑18:00
Night Shift
Monday to Thursday 22:00‑06:00, Friday 18:00‑24:00
Operative – Logistics Department
- Unloading deliveries
- Warehousing raw product to relevant areas including ambient, chilled & frozen
- Moving product from warehouse to various production lines
- Loading finished product for transportation to customers' warehouses
- Carry out all duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks
- Carry out all duties by liaising with other team members and support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of the lines
Operative – Manufacturing Product Lines
- Working across multiple production lines producing food canned goods for leading supermarket brands including Branston, Princes, Bigga
- Quality checking product packaging
- Ensure correct ingredients are used for each product line
- Ensure correct product labeling is used for each production line
- Carry out all duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks
- Carry out all duties by liaising with other team members and support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of the lines
Role Requirements
- Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
