Role Description
Princes Liverpool is recruiting for a Solutions Architect (Sales & Distribution) to join our Head Office in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.

- 1. Job Purpose
Responsible for the design, definition, and assurance of technology solutions supporting Sales & Distribution processes.
Ensures SAP SD solutions deliver efficient, scalable, and integrated order-to-cash capabilities across order management, pricing, logistics execution and billing.
- Dimensions
- Owns solution architecture across SAP SD and related fulfilment systems
- Covers Order-to-Cash including order entry, ATP, pricing, delivery and billing
- Operates across multiple business units and international operations
- Supports integration with Logistics, Planning and Finance (Accounts Receivable)
- Provides technical leadership across delivery teams
- No direct line management responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end SAP SD solution architectures across Supply Chain & Customer Fulfilment domain
- Design solutions covering order management, ATP, pricing, deliveries and billing processes
- Ensure integration between SAP SD, logistics systems, EDI platforms and finance systems
- Produce architecture artefacts, designs and documentation
- Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture standards and governance
- Provide architectural assurance across delivery programmes and BAU changes
- Work with business stakeholders to translate sales and fulfilment requirements into solutions
- Support S/4HANA transformation and O2C process standardisation
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and continuous improvement
- Support vendor selection, system evaluation and technical decision-making

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- FMCG or manufacturing experience desirable
