Princes Liverpool is looking for two new SAP Security Analysts to join our Head Office in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.

Job Purpose
Provides entry-level support for SAP access management, security administration, BAU change activities and compliance processes.
Develops SAP system knowledge whilst following defined procedures, controls and governance standards under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with SAP user administration, access requests and security role maintenance.
- Support execution of approved SAP BAU changes and testing activities.
- Follow documented procedures for security, change and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and control reviews.
- Assist with access reviews, user account updates and periodic compliance checks.
- Identify issues and escalating risks, control concerns or system anomalies to senior team members.
- Develop knowledge of SAP processes, controls and business operations.

- Supports ECC6 and S/4HANA environments under supervision.

- Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems and information technology concepts.

- Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Experience
- Experience in an IT, administration or business support role desirable.
- Exposure to ERP systems or SAP is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working within structured processes is desirable.
Qualifications
- GCSE/A-Level, vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
- IT-related apprenticeship, diploma or relevant study advantageous.
