Princes Long Sutton is recruiting for an Asset Care Manager to join their Engineering Department. Reporting into the Site Engineering Manager, this position will deputise and be key in ensuring the success of the site. We are one of the UK’s most critical food manufacturing hubs, and following an £80m site investment we are in a period of unprecedented transformation. Position Overview

The Asset Care Manager will lead this transformation, managing day‑to‑day operations while focusing on long‑term change. When the Site Engineering Manager presents Engineering at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Asset Care Manager deputises, ensuring Engineering remains a strategic pillar of the company's success.
