Responsibilities
- Provide project coordinator support on all Branded & Customer Own Brand, Blue Sky, NPD, EPD project change types.
- Manage and deliver change projects such as artwork only – create resource plans and people requirements, determine and manage timelines, delegate tasks to subject matter experts, and identify, raise and address potential risks.
- Monitor, report and drive delivery in collaboration with the project manager for all projects at implementation/close out stage (i.e., from gate 3 onwards).
- Support progression of allocated projects by maintaining CPA and RAID with the project manager.
- Take minutes and update project management documentation; provide updates from project meetings in line with the Project Manager requirements.
- Provide admin support to the Project Management Team as required.
- Some travel will be required in this role.
Principal Responsibilities
- Create project plans and critical paths; allocate project teams, tasks and responsibilities for artwork or other allocated projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information for the implementation stage of all projects.
- Liaise with Project Managers to define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assess risks and highlight opportunities to mitigate in line with Project Management methodology and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and support resolution of issues with approval from the Project Manager.
- Support stakeholder mapping for projects.
- Act as change management process champion and help coach/train others in the process.
- Create and maintain project documentation using templates, plans and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with business representatives and stakeholders at head office and sites; act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Role Requirements
- Support and coordinate allocated projects within the Princes End to End Change Management system (Origin), including NPD, EPD, raw material or supplier changes, process changes, changes to customer requirements, and relevant capex projects (major and minor).
- Support the project management team in development and delivery of sector project portfolios as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Sufficient knowledge of Project Management, Artwork end-to-end process and Supply Chain set-up for new products.
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
- Microsoft Project
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Degree/NVQ in project management, artwork, supply chain or NPD disciplines or equivalent experience
