Princes Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy HR team in Long Sutton.

The role focuses on providing day-to-day HR support, advising People Managers and employees, and ensuring fair, compliant practices across a ~450-550 headcount site.

The successful candidate will deputise for the HRBP, support recruitment for ungraded roles and help drive site HR projects while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
