The Princes Group in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Leader to drive the performance of site planning, master data governance and MES stewardship. You will lead the Planning and Logistics team, optimise the fixed horizon plan and work with manufacturing to meet production targets.

You will have a solid logistics/warehouse background in FMCG, strong leadership and change-management skills, and be comfortable with data accuracy, KPI reporting and cross-functional.
