The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
To work to agreed performance standards, OEE, Process safety, food hygiene, quality, good manufacturing practices and with due regard for the health and safety of themselves and others around them. The person will form part of a team, having a responsibility for the delivery of planned production through production/packing line.
Operates, cleans, works to hygiene standards, and carries out basic maintenance of manufacturing, or packing equipment (e.g., Steriliser, seamer, filler, or packer) for the manufacture, processing or packing of food in cans/pouches.
The key challenges faced will be to ensure Process safety, the materials supply, changeovers, line faults and breakdowns, do not impact on overall line performance (OEE). Focus will be always required to achieve measurable targets and KPI’s (OEE, UL, RFT).
