Telesales Manager - North West London - £50,000 - £80,000 (£100k+ OTE)

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in tech? Our client are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead, coach, and scale their outbound new business team.

Our client is one of the UK's leading B2B & B2C retailers and technology providers, established in 1995 with a current turnover of £64m. The journey started as a small shop in London and has gradually transformed into a UK wide operation which has delivered over 1,000,000 tech products.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of telesales performance, setting strategy, driving KPIs, and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets. You'll be a player-manager who is still selling to their network of new & existing clients, coupled with a strong influence in headcount growth, training & mentoring.
