Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in tech? Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead, coach, and scale their outbound new business team.

The Client

Our client is one of the UK's leading B2B & B2C retailers and technology providers, established in 1995, with a current turnover of £64m. The journey started as a small shop in London and has gradually transformed into a UK-wide operation that has delivered over 1,000,000 tech products. The client predominantly stocks and supplies laptops, desktops, chromebooks & audiovisual products, and currently owns over £30m worth of stock.

The Role:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of telesales performance, setting strategy, driving KPIs, and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets. You’ll work closely with senior leadership & marketing to improve conversion rates and unlock new revenue opportunities across their £30m hardware portfolio. You'll be a player-manager who is still selling to their network of new & existing clients, coupled with a strong influence in headcount growth, training & mentoring.
