We are seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to support learner recruitment, outreach, and enrolment across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes and Skills Bootcamps. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping adults access education, develop skills, and move into employment.
You will be joining a forward-thinking training provider delivering Adult Education Budget (AEB) programmes, employability training, and Skills Bootcamps designed to help adults progress into employment or further learning. The organisation offers a supportive and collaborative culture focused on learner success, social impact, and professional development.

As a Learner Engagement Officer, you will:
- Recruit and engage adults onto funded AEB courses and employability programmes

- Maintain accurate learner records and enrolment data
Requirements:
