Internal Recruiter - 3 month initial contract

Hourly Rate: £15ph + DOE

Location: Cardiff - Hybrid working (3 days in office – Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you a proactive and people-focused recruiter looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, helping to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Screening calls and assessing candidates
  • Arranging interviews and coordinating diaries
  • Providing constructive feedback to candidates
  • Proactively sourcing CVs and engaging with talent

What You Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong proactive CV searching skills
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
