Our Cardiff based Pensions & Investments client are looking for an experienced administration assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis. The role is 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday and includes the following key responsibilities: – Managing calendars – Scheduling appointments – Maintaining office files & delivering post – Handling data entry tasks Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
