We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a high-growth SaaS business operating within the AI and customer engagement space. This role is focused on winning and growing upper mid-market and enterprise customers by helping organisations transform their customer experience through innovative AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be highly commercial, proactive in generating opportunities, and confident managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and close upper mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities within a designated portfolio of 25–50 target accounts
  • Drive a predominantly outbound, self-generated sales approach
  • Build and maintain a healthy 3–5x qualified pipeline
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Engage C-level executives and develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Present compelling business cases and demonstrate clear ROI to customers
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth and customer success
  • Thrive within a fast-paced, high-performance, scale-up environment

Experience Required

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
  • Proven history of closing high-value enterprise deals with significant ACV
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities
  • Ability to manage a large and active enterprise account portfolio
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC

Preferred Background:

  • Experience selling into retail, ecommerce or customer engagement sectors
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Track record of selling into major retail organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales approach
