About the Role

Entrepreneur and owner of a rapidly growing UK telecoms company is seeking a highly capable Personal & Business Assistant to work directly alongside the founder across both lifestyle and business operations.

This is a high-trust, fast-paced role for someone who is extremely organised, proactive, adaptable and capable of managing both executive-level business tasks and personal lifestyle coordination seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly responsive, solution-focused and comfortable operating in a demanding founder-led environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Business Operations
  • Managing founder calendar, meetings and scheduling
  • Coordinating with internal staff and departments
  • Handling emails, calls and communication management
