Microsoft 365 Specialist (Remote/Hybrid)
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing IT solutions provider looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join their Cloud Solutions team.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll combine technical expertise with consultancy, solution design, and project delivery.
You'll work with a range of customers, helping them get the most from Microsoft 365 while delivering secure, modern workplace solutions.
- What you’ll be doing
- Delivering Microsoft 365 projects including tenant deployments, migrations, and collaboration solutions.
- Designing and implementing Microsoft 365 environments that meet customer requirements.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Configuring Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Acting as an escalation point for more complex Microsoft 365 issues.
- Creating clear documentation and ensuring a smooth handover into support.
- Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Copilot developments.
- What we’re looking for
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, Teams, One Drive, Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Office 365, and Copilot.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, deployments, and cloud projects.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, identity, and compliance.
- Power Shell experience and solid troubleshooting skills across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Someone who's comfortable working directly with customers and enjoys solving technical challenges.
Experience with Azure, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Power Platform, or other Microsoft cloud technologies would be a bonus.
Working Pattern
This is a remote/hybrid position with occasional travel to customer sites and periodic visits to a UK office.
