We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Team Leader to lead a team of Microsoft specialists delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 projects.
This is a client-facing role combining technical expertise with leadership, helping customers implement secure, scalable solutions across identity, endpoint management and modern workplace technologies.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a team of Microsoft 365 consultants and technical specialists.
- Provide technical leadership across project delivery from discovery through to deployment.
- Oversee the technical quality of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and solution design teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Drive automation, standardisation and AI adoption to improve service delivery.
- Promote knowledge sharing, mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth transition of completed projects into ongoing support.
- What we\'re looking for
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Power Shell automation.
- Good understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance and Microsoft security best practices.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
