Prince Resourcing Group is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver fast, friendly 24x7 customer support for a central London client.

You will be based on-site with some visits to other London locations, acting as a technical escalation point and maintaining systems with Connect Wise.

You will be responsible for incident and change management, ticket logging, knowledge base maintenance, and proactive maintenance to improve service quality.
