I'm hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider focused on growth, customer expansion, and long-term relationship building.

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 3 days office/client site)

Salary: ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ50,000 - Dependant on experience. Double OTE + uncapped commission (no thresholds or caps).

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow an established client base within the MSP space, helping drive revenue through a strong “land and expand” approach across existing accounts. The role is heavily solution-led, working with modern IT environments including IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and business systems.

What I'm Looking For

  • Background in MSP or IT services
  • Experience in solution-based sales and account growth
  • Engage in solution-based selling across modern desktop infrastructure, Azure, Dynamics, and central business systems
  • Strong relationship builder with a long-term mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to be client-facing
