Role

We’re looking for a Shop Manager to help lead our Rutherglen charity shop, bringing creativity, energy, and excellent merchandising skills to the role. Our 17 retail shops are at the heart of communities across Glasgow, and our retail teams are the welcoming face of the hospice. This is your chance to combine your love for fashion with a meaningful cause and inspire your community to Give Back.

About Us

We are The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, a well-established charity based in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. We provide specialist palliative care to people living with life-limiting illnesses, along with vital support for their families and carers.

Our charity shops play a crucial role in funding this care, helping us support over 1,200 new patients each year.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an outgoing, motivated, and organised individual with a flair for vintage fashion and a strong eye for detail. You’ll be passionate about customer service, confident working independently, and excited to bring creativity to your shop—especially through eye-catching window displays and innovative merchandising.
