Who are we? We’re The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. We’re a well-established charity located at 20 Dumbreck Road, Bellahouston Park, Glasgow G41 5BW. The hospice provides specialist palliative care for people with a life-limiting, progressive illness, and support for their families and carers. At our hospice, patients are at the heart of everything we do.
As a vital member of our reception team, you will ensure a professional and patient-focused experience for all patients and families upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all hospice visitors through an efficient reception service.
- Serve as a hospitality role model within the hospice, working with the support services team to maintain a strong, positive public image.
- Coordinate with the manager regarding the reception shop.
We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and organized individual. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, handling confidential information. Excellent IT skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to manage a varied workload are essential.
