Responsibilities
- Drive product and process quality using core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA
- Lead 8D/A3 problem‑solving and deliver effective CAPA with cross‑functional teams
- Support product compliance, process control and audit activities across the site
- Apply metrology and measurement techniques to ensure reliable, accurate results
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement Lean tools to reduce waste and variation
- Lead CI initiatives including Kaizen, VSM and 5S to boost efficiency and performance
- Influence and support teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain quality documentation and support adherence to the Business Management System
Skills and Experience
- This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a Continuous Improvement / CI / Process / Quality / Lean roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Brings strong knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and problem‑solving methods
- Thinks analytically, makes decisions based on data, and enjoys getting hands‑on with processes
- Has experience with Lean or CI tools such as Kaizen, VSM or 5S
- Communicates confidently and can influence, guide and support cross‑functional teams
- Is proactive, adaptable and motivated to drive continuous improvement
