We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join a well-established engineering organisation renowned for innovation and continued growth. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and guide, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating workloads, solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the process.
Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision and motivation of an assembly team
- Planning and managing projects through to completion, including on-site installations
- Reporting progress to the Manufacturing Manager on a daily and weekly basis
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to Health & Safety standards
- Mentoring and managing team performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within manufacturing / Assembly environment
- Hands-on mechanical/electrical fitting experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects to tight timescales
- HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical discipline
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Happy to travel to customer sites (international) up to 4 times per year
