We are recruiting a Junior Administrator for our Telford based client on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will be suited to someone who is keen to learn and has some existing office-based administration experience. My client does recognise people who work hard and can offer progression opportunities and will also consider putting the successful candidate through additional training.
Your duties will include:
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues.
- Assist with maintaining customer files throughout their full lifecycle.
- Manage appointments and keep the office diary updated and well-organised on a daily basis.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other messages promptly.
- Provide cover and support to colleagues during busy periods or absences to ensure continuity of service.
- Scanning documents and photocopying.
- Welcome office visitors and callers, delivering a friendly, efficient and helpful service.
Skills and Experience:
You must be IT literate and have excellent communication and experience of working in an office environment.
