Prince Personnel are working with a growing business, based in Telford, who are looking for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, this will be a varied, hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day management of finance. There will be one direct report into this role.
You will be responsible for:
Accurate and timely monthly reporting of financials and KPIs.
Cleanly maintained General Ledger.
Reconciliation of all key supplier invoices to system/circuit data.
Effective cash flow and working capital management.
Supporting the FD to achieve improved profitability through financial analysis and cost control.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Oversee and participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
Develop, monitor and improve financial controls, policies and procedures.
Prepare/Submit weekly
