We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience. We are looking for someone who can bring a blend of professionalism, fun and character to this role, where you will enjoy liaising with customers and make it a pleasant experience interacting with you.
As a key point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries across multiple channels, provide support and product information, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to :
Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, web chat, social media, and CRM systems.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product selection and availability queries.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately record customer interactions and updates within the CRM system.
Work closely with colleagues to resolve more complex enquiries.
Deliver a personalised service tailored to individual customer needs.
Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and aligned with company standards.
Meet response time targets while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Skills and Experience
