We are working with a prestigious business based in Shrewsbury who are looking for an Accountant on a temporary basis for around 6 months.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare management accounts and complete reporting pack (3 organisations)
- Prepare management accounts for Fundraising charity with numerous separate funds
- Raise and post journal entries and be responsible for prepayments & accruals.
- Prepare consolidated reporting package
- Assist with the monthly actual to budget analysis and reporting packs (including investigating variances)
- Maintenance of fixed spreadsheet
- Completion of Government quarterly returns (i.e ONS)
- Any other tasks deemed necessary.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working in a similar role. Ideally you will be fully qualified but this isn’t essential.
