We are a well-established and growing planning consultancy based in Shrewsbury, working across Shropshire, the West Midlands and beyond. We provide professional planning advice to developers, landowners, housing associations and private clients, supporting a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Planning Application Manager to join our team and support the delivery of planning applications from initial enquiry through to submission and determination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive consultancy environment, working closely with an experienced Planning Director while gaining responsibility for managing multiple projects and acting as a key contact for clients, planning authorities and technical consultants.

The Role

  • Support and manage planning applications across a variety of development projects, working closely with clients, consultants and local authorities to ensure applications are prepared and submitted efficiently.
