Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
Handling inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional and timely manner.
Providing customers with updates on deliveries, lead times and available service options.
Resolving customer queries and issues, ensuring a positive outcome and high levels of satisfaction.
Liaising with operational teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Coordinating communication between customers and internal departments.
Updating internal systems and databases with accurate and relevant information.
Monitoring recurring customer issues and escalating concerns where appropriate.
Producing and maintaining KPI information and service-related reports.
Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience:
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused individual with previous customer service or administrative experience. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships over the phone and via email, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good IT skills are essential, along with a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
