Prince are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics and warehousing functions within a prestigious, global manufacturing business. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be confident handling multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines. This position requires a proactive, organised individual with experience in Transport or logistics who is comfortable managing the flow of goods and maintaining accurate system data.

In return, you’ll join an experienced team within a successful global manufacturing operation. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Checking order status and booking in deliveries
  • Booking goods into the system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitoring stock availability and highlighting shortages or discrepancies
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues
  • Ensuring all logistics data is accurately maintained within SAP
  • Supporting the wider Logistics and Supply Chain team with administrative and coordination duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Logistics, Goods-In, Supply Chain, or Stock Control role within a manufacturing environment
  • Essential: Hands-on experience using SAP
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
  • Previous roles could include Logistics Administrator / Goods-In Coordinator / Supply Chain Assistant / Stock Controller / Logistics Assistant
