We are working with an established and values-driven organisation who are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Manager to lead the delivery of a proactive, high-quality HR service during a period of transition. This is a senior operational role requiring a confident HR professional who can advise leadership, manage complex employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to support organisational objectives while fostering a positive and professional working environment. This role is initially being offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis; however, there is a reasonable chance this role may become permanent.
