Customer Support Administrator Telford Permanent Circa £25,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience. Monday to Friday 8:45am 5pm Prince are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to their global customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged. Duties will involve: Customer Support department interface for customer enquiries. Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files. Processing of all customer enquiries, including generating quotations, processing orders and dispatch of goods. Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations. Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports for quotations, orders, services. Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide.
