Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accounts
  • Work with an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owed
  • Maintain accurate records of the collection process
  • Work with customers to identify reasons for late payments and work with them to resolve
  • Minimise bad debts within assigned account base
  • Work closely with the sales department to resolve issues raised

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport
  • Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Good negotiation skills
