We are recruiting for an Administrator for our Telford based client on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will be suited to someone who is keen to learn and has some existing office-based administration experience. My client does recognise people who work hard and can offer progression opportunities and will also consider putting the successful candidate through additional training.
Your duties will include:
- Secretarial duties including typing of letters and documents, filing and copying.
- Preparing documents and correspondence, including preparing mail and enclosures.
- Assisting in administration of client files from opening of files to their close and subsequent archiving.
- Making appointments, maintaining and reviewing the diary on a daily basis.
- Management of financial aspects of client files including ensuring that all money transactions are notified to the Accounts Clerk and are noted.
- Answering telephone and other queries from clients and others.
- Receiving telephone messages, facsimile messages and emails ensuring they are dealt with promptly.
- Communicating with clients in their personal calls to the office and ensuring that they are given a prompt, efficient and friendly service.
