This role would be suitable for someone who has gained some marketing management experience already but is still happy to work under the direction of a more senior level leadership and continue to build your experience.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Campaign Planning & Delivery

- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results and return on investment.
- Sector & Commercial Marketing
- Support the rollout of marketing plans across key industry sectors.
- Work closely with commercial teams to identify and engage priority audience groups and decision-makers.
- Manage collaborative marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Organise company participation in industry events, including planning, logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Content, Brand & Creative
- Create compelling campaign messaging and creative concepts aligned to commercial goals.
- Translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging and value-led marketing content.
- Brief and manage external creative suppliers to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Maintain brand standards across all marketing activity and communications.
- Employer Brand & Internal Communications
- Support employer brand initiatives and early careers activity in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with internal communications to strengthen engagement and reinforce brand values.
- Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as engagement, lead generation and pipeline contribution.
- Assist with reporting on marketing spend and overall performance.
- Use data insights and digital tools to continually refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
