An established national organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join its growing people team. As Employee Relations Advisor, you will support managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled consistently, professionally and in line with company policy and employment legislation:

- General employee relations enquiries
Rather than taking ownership of every case from start to finish, you will act as a coach and subject matter expert, equipping managers with the knowledge, confidence and tools to manage employee relations matters effectively within their own teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide timely, practical and commercially focused employee relations advice.
- Support managers through both informal and formal employee relations processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Produce and review employee relations documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and case management data.
- Deliver coaching and guidance to managers to develop their employee relations capability.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' HR Advisory or Employee Relations experience.
- Experience managing a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience within a shared services, advisory or centralised HR environment.
- Experience using HR systems or case management platforms.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel will be required to maintain visibility and relationships with key stakeholders. Typically, this will involve visiting sites within your region once per quarter, with additional travel only required for more complex or sensitive cases. Where an overnight stay is necessary, accommodation and travel expenses will be fully covered.
