As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all inbound components and raw materials required for the production of complex, high value products are available on time and in full. You will lead the planning and coordination of inbound supply activities, working closely with global suppliers, engineering and Operations teams to support business objectives and ensure a resilient and responsive supply chain.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be getting involved in:

  • Ensure the availability of all inbound materials and components to support the manufacturing of high-complexity, high-value technology products
  • Develop and manage supply plans aligned with production schedules and project timelines
  • Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, resolve potential bottlenecks, and manage risks proactively
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels to balance availability with working capital targets
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain responsiveness
  • Work closely with global teams to maintain high supplier performance standards
  • Develop KPIs and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Support product lifecycle transitions including new product introductions and engineering changes

The Supply Chain Manager will be experienced in:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inbound material planning, supplier management, and inventory control
  • Previous success in roles such as Supply Chain Manager / Materials Manager / Demand Planning Manager / Planning Manager / Supply Planning Manager / Materials Control Manager
  • Experience in producing forecasts with strong demand planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global supply networks and high-mix, low-volume production models
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools
