As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting procurement activities across both production and non-production areas, including materials, components, and services. This dynamic role involves direct interaction with suppliers, managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also oversee outsourced processes and orders, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and wider team, you will help maintain efficient and effective procurement workflows.
The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for:
- Raise and manage approved purchase orders in line with ERP approval processes.
- Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
- Prepare goods inbound notifications ahead of warehouse arrivals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support the Buying team with material data.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve order and invoice issues.
- Process and approve invoices outside pricing tolerances.
