We are a long-standing and trusted recruitment consultancy based in Telford, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and fast‑paced team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting two experienced consultants and helping candidates secure their next career move.

You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operation – delivering exceptional service, managing key administration tasks, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate. This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident in both communication and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speaking with candidates about job opportunities
  • Coordinating interviews and sending confirmations
  • Keeping candidates updated and providing feedback
  • Writing job adverts and conducting candidate interviews
  • Completing compliance checks and preparing temp starter docs
  • Updating the CRM and producing team MI
  • Formatting CVs and sending targeted email campaigns
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous office‑based experience (essential)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Team‑focused and proactive
  • Previous experience within Recruitment Support / Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Resourcer / Talent Acquisition Coordinator type roles would be preferred
