We are a long-standing and trusted recruitment consultancy based in Telford, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting two experienced consultants and helping candidates secure their next career move.
You will be at the heart of our recruitment operation - delivering exceptional service, managing key administration tasks, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate. This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident in both communication and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Speaking with candidates about job opportunities
- Coordinating interviews and sending confirmations
- Keeping candidates updated and providing feedback
- Writing job adverts and conducting candidate interviews
- Completing compliance checks and preparing temp starter docs
- Updating the CRM and producing team MI
- Formatting CVs and sending targeted email campaigns
- Previous office-based experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Team-focused and proactive
- Previous experience within Recruitment Support / Recruitment Administrator/ Recruitment Resourcer / Talent Acquisition Coordinator type roles would be preferred
